When you choose a Energy Supply Company (ESCO), all of your services with your current Utility Company will remain the same without any interruption in service. Your Utility Company will continue to service your electricity, perform repairs, fix power outages, and read your meter just like they always have. And in many cases, you will continue to receive only 1 bill from your Utility Company just like you always have. Remember, regardless of the ESCO you choose, the quality and reliability of your utilities will NOT be affected in any way. Because, all of the electricity and natural gas is drawn from the same national energy pool (grid) before it is finally delivered to your home or business. The main thing that changes is your “Rate” which allows you to save on your utility bill each month. It's like being able to buy gasoline for $2.75 instead of $3.25 per gal.
